The Rev. Jones Speaking at Eggonomic’s Breakfast
The Rev. Claiborne Jones will be speaking during All Saint’s Episcopal Church’s Eggonomic Breakfast Series on Tuesday, January 15th in Ellis Hall.
A full and hot buffet breakfast is prepared by the men of hope at Covenant Community. Breakfast is ready at 7:30 a.m. with the program beginning at 7:45 and concluding by 8:30. The cost is $5. Make your reservation by contacting Lauri Begley at lbegley@allsaintsatlanta.org or calling 404-267-4273.
Correction: Christmas Eve Festival on Monday, Dec 24th
The Emmaus House 2012 Holiday Guide indicated that our annual Christmas Eve Festival was scheduled for this Saturday when in fact it is Monday, December 24th. We apologize for any confusion and thank all of our generous donors for their contributions of wrapped gifts. Neighborhood children will receive age appropriate wrapped Christmas presents. Before receiving gifts from Santa and Mrs. Claus, participating families will be treated to storytelling by Akbar Imhotep and a magic show by D”Avante Parks. This has come to be a tradition at Emmaus House that is made possible by the generosity of parishes and individuals throughout the Diocese.
